QuantiFit2 Utilizes Patented Controlled Negative Pressure (CNP)
Controlled Negative Pressure (CNP), OHD's patented technology that powers the QuantiFit2, is accepted by OSHA and appears in the Federal Regulations governing fit testing [29 CFR 1910.134].
Controlled Negative Pressure (CNP), OHD's patented technology that powers the QuantiFit2, is accepted by ISO and appears in the International Regulations governing fit testing [16975-3].
The QuantiFit2 can perform OSHA and ISO approved fit testing in any environment: outside, inside, dirty environments, or clean. No consumables required.
As long as air is present, the QuantiFit2 can perform fit testing. Tests can be performed with no waiting period for smokers or after eating.
OHD's patented Controlled Negative Pressure (CNP) Technology directly measures respirator leakage, using air as the only challenge agent. No consumables required.
The unit measures the leak rate (in cc/min) by determining the exact amount of air that leaks into the respirator during the fit test.
Our exclusive, industry-first, lifetime powertrain warranty protects the inner workings of the QuantiFit2.
Optional rechargeable battery packs are available with more than four hours of active run time.
Each test exercise graph is captured for review, which allows users to compare results to example support graphs.
AeroFit is engineered to make fit testing easier and faster for all respirators, including disposable N95s and elastomeric respirators.
Test N95s with AeroFitOHD can do on-site, in-person demonstrations and virtual demonstrations for the QuantiFit2.

Yes, the QuantiFit2 may be used outdoors and in any environment as long as air is present. The QuantiFit2 and its patented Controlled Negative Pressure technology does not require specific particle / aerosol environments like other technologies. The system is not designed to be used in inclement weather such as rain, sleet or snow. The QuantiFit2 is designed for use at temperature ranges of 5°C to 45°C (41°F – 113°F).
The HP 200 and HP 250 mobile printers work with our QuantiFit2. You can click the link here to see a full list of printers.
The amount of records the QuantiFit2 can hold is virtually unlimited from a practical standpoint. The internal storage should allow hundreds of thousands to millions of test records to be stored.

QuantiFit2 eliminates the need to delay testing on mask users that have just eaten or smoked. You can test immediately with QuantiFit2. The QuantiFit2 CNP technology enhances logistics by simplifying employee requirements prior to testing.
Controlled Negative Pressure (CNP) is a method of quantitative respirator fit testing (QNFT) that pulls and maintains a negative pressure inside a respirator by removing, and directly measuring, any air that leaks into the facepiece. It is accepted by OSHA, ISO, and other regulatory bodies. OSHA cites controlled negative pressure in OSHA 1910.134 Appendix A.
The OHD demonstration process seeks to provide transparency and leave you feeling prepared to make an informed decision regarding your fit testing needs.
